TOSS manufactures rectangular shoulders for all models of Form/Fill/Seal Machines according to customer requirements.

These competitively priced computer generated forming collars of chequered stainless steel construction make it possible to have a very gentle forming of the packaging film. This guarantees a very low wear and low friction. If desired: hardcoatings are available with Titanium Nitride, Chromium Nitride or DLC-protection against wear and tear, for longer shoulder life.
